Adv. Asaf Hadanny is a member of LM’s litigation and arbitration group, and specializes in providing legal services in a wide range of disputes involving civil litigation, commercial and corporate law issues.

Adv. Hadanny represents LM’s clients in all court instances in various legal proceedings, including arbitration and mediation, commercial, contractual, property and administrative litigation.

Before joining LM, Adv. Hadanny clerked in the Supreme Court of Israel under Justice Dr. Yoram Danziger, and later worked as a corporate lawyer in one of Israel’s the leading law firms, where he practiced M&A transactions and represented dual listed companies before the US Security and Exchange Commission. Adv. Hadanny also represented international investment banks in IPO proceedings and debt restructuring.
