As a member of the Commercial Department, Adv. Keren Shachar provides legal counsel to leading Israeli companies and governmental entities.

Adv. Shachar also accompanies large scale infrastructure projects and has been involved in representing the Israeli National Roads Company Ltd. in a project for road rehabilitation, operation and maintenance (P.F.I.) and advised to a participant in the tender for the construction of the Israel Police Training Center conducted by the Ministry of Public Security.

Currently, Adv. Shachar advises to a group involved in the construction of two pumped storage plants.

Adv. Shachar has experience in large-scale commercial transactions and negotiations, and in writing legal memoranda on various issues of commercial law and corporate issues.

In addition, Adv. Shachar accompanies governmental agencies in their tenders and supplier selection processes.

Prior to joining LM, Adv. Shachar internedwith Judge Ilan Shif at Haifa District Court, where she specialized in drafting civil and criminal legal opinions, as well as legal research.
