Adv. Moshe Polakiewicz is a partner in Levy, Meidan & Co. Attorneys at Law and heads the Planning, Zoning and Real Estate department. Adv. Polakiewicz is an expert in all legal matters relating to land, planning and zoning and construction including commercial, offices, public and residential real estate.

Adv. Polakiewicz advises to LM’s clients in matters of land law, planning and zoning, especially land expropriation, preparation of city plans, betterment levies and cases involving property depreciation claims (Section 197 of Building and Planning Law).

Adv. Polakiewicz also represents LM’s clients in litigation proceedings before the planning and building authorities, appellate committees, appraisers and administrative courts.

Adv. Polakiewicz is familiar with the legislative processes pertaining to planning and construction regulation, and took in recent discussions on proposed reforms to Israel’s Planning and Construction Law

Prior to joining LM, Adv. Polakiewicz was a part of the Planning and Zoning group in two of Israel’s biggest law firms.
