Michal Amir

Michal specializes in providing legal counsel to the firm’s clients in the areas of tenders and administrative law.

As part of her work, she provides ongoing legal advice to public bodies and tenders committees, arranging Israeli and international tenders and competitive proceedings of various types, including tenders for the purchase of goods and services, tenders for construction and infrastructure, and complex computer and technology tenders. Michal regularly takes part in these proceedings at all stages.

She provides legal counsel to Israeli and international companies seeking to participate in tenders and competitive proceedings, including assistance in formulating and preparing the tender response concerning its legal and commercial aspects, as well as preparing early contracts for the purpose of submitting bids.

Michal also provides legal services to clients in Israel and abroad in the fields of commercial and corporate law, including the drafting of various agreements, assisting in commercial transactions, and providing ongoing legal advice.

Before joining our firm, she worked in another leading firm in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, and capital markets. In her previous job, Michal dealt with a variety of issues, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, drafting commercial agreements, assisting in capital raising and investment rounds, preparing opinions, and ongoing assistance to private and public companies.
