Merav Magen

Merav graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law – LL.B. & MBA Track, and clerked for the then State Attorney, Edna Arbel (appointed Supreme Court Justice in April 2004).

Between 2002 and 2009 resided in Palo Alto, California and practiced law, as a qualified California attorney, at the preeminent Silicon Valley form, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati (www.wsgr.com). While working at the commercial department, handled all professional aspects of client files in commercial, securities, white-collar crime, VC, and M&A; representing client such as Acxiom, Alvarion, Amdocs, BEA, Broadcom, Corio,  Epicor, Facebook, Genentech, and Google.

Upon returning to Israel, Merav specialized mainly in regulatory and compliance issues as Legal Counsel at the Association of Banks in Israel and at the Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority .
