Michal is a partner, heading the Commercial Department of Yossi Levy & Co. and is the firm’s foremost leader in the field of mergers and acquisition.
She coordinates the large commercial transactions handled by our firm. Handling of such transactions includes, preparing memoranda of understandings, management and performance of due diligence, negotiation, drafting transaction documents, and preparing transactions for signing for and closing.
Furthermore, Michal is responsible for the ongoing commercial counsel the firm’s clients, including providing legal opinions on numerous issues arising from each transaction, both upon the transaction’s closing and in the following implementation stages after such closing.
She provides ongoing assistance to leading public and private entities in the Israeli economy. In this framework, Michal deals with drafting corporate charter agreements for companies, partnerships, and joint ventures and providing ongoing legal counsel in the fields of import, marketing, distribution and sale of consumer goods, agreements for the provision of services, contracting and subcontracting agreements, and complex concession agreements. She also prepares opinions in the field of commercial regulation, which apply to the activities of the firm’s clients, and advises them on matters related to financial regulations.
Michal is also a specialist in the field consumer protection and is in charge of all consumer related issues in our office, including compliance with the regulations of Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, conducting promotions and drawings, cooperation agreements among contractors as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, and assisting with amendments to regulations.
