Philippe Lipschutz

Philippe specializes in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and tenders, as well as project finance and energy and infrastructure projects.

He provides legal counsel regarding international transactions to leading Israeli and international companies. Philippe has wide-ranging knowledge and expertise in the aforementioned fields. He advises our clients on various aspects within the field of commercial law, including investment agreements, share purchasing agreements, establishing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements, construction and operation agreements, and more.

He has extensive experience in the field of tenders. In the course of his work, he has advised our clients on how to formulate “regular” public tenders (both single-stage and two-stage tenders), closed tenders, competitive applications for proposals, procedures for reviewing bids, pre-selection procedures, preliminary requests for information, and tenders for the implementation of projects in cooperation with the public and private sectors (PFI / BOT).

Representative Matters:

Assisting Partner Communications in the acquisition of Leumi Card;
Assisting the Israel Airports Authority in its project to expand Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport and upgrade the baggage check system;
Assisting companies in investment rounds worth tens of millions of shekels;
Representing bidders in various tenders, including Highway 6 (northern section) and seaport construction in Ashdod and Haifa.

Before joining our firm, Philippe worked in the Infrastructure Department and the International Commercial Department of another leading law firm.

Phillipe is fluent in Hebrew, English, French, and Flemish.
