Reut Oshry

Reut works within the Litigation Department of Yossi Levy & Co., specializing in administrative and commercial litigation.

She has wide-ranging experience in civil disputes in a variety of areas, including commercial law, tenders for infrastructure construction, administrative petitions, contractor claims, and class action suits.

As part of her work, Reut represents leading Israeli companies and multinational corporations in commercial disputes before various courts as well as international arbitration and mediation proceedings in large-scale disputes. She also provides ongoing legal counsel to commercial companies, government corporations, and statutory bodies.

Representative Matters inlcude
representing Netivei Israel (Israel’s National Transport Infrastructure Company) in an arbitration claim worth one billion NIS, submitted by a main contractor in a national infrastructure project;
Representing the Israel Airports Authority in a claim for 100 million NIS, submitted by contractors in the “Ben Gurion Airport 2000” project;
Representing international electricy products manufacturers in a class action suit regarding claims of involvement in a cartel.

During the course of her studies, Reut volunteered in Halev organization, which is dedicated to combatting poverty in Israel. In this framework, she provided legal assistance to disadvantaged populations in the Israeli society.

She also participated in the activities of the Women’s Legal Aid Clinic for Women at the Rackman Center in which she provided legal support and assisted in the representation of disadvantaged women in family disputes. Reut served as an instructor in an introductory course in law studies at Bar-Ilan University and as a teaching assistant in various courses in the Hebrew University’s Philosophy Department.

Today, she volunteers in “Hillel – The Right to Choose” organization, which assists people who have left Israel’s ultra-orthodox sector.
