Sivan is part of the Planning and Zoning Department in our office.
As part of her work, she represents the firm’s clients in the areas of planning and construction, such as in compensation claims under Section 197 of Israel’s Planning and Zoning Law and in expropriation compensation claims, including appeal proceedings before the Appeals Committee and acquisition proceedings before the Israel Land Authority. Sivan also assists statutory proceedings, expropriation proceedings, and various other infrastructure projects.
Additionally, she provides ongoing counsel in the field of planning and zoning to our clients, including public bodies, companies, and developers. Sivan also represents our clients in courts and before planning and zoning committees, as well as drafting agreements and preparing legal opinions concerning various planning and zoning issues.
Sivan provides such legal services to an array of our clients, inlcuding to Netivei Israel (Israel’s National Transport Infrastructure Company) and Netivei Ayalon .
During the course of her studies, Sivan served as a research assistant to Prof. Ron Harris in the field of law and economics.
