Vered Zaitman

Vered is a member of the Labor Law Department.

She represents employers and employees in numerous areas of legal proceedings in this field, including Labor Court, various government authorities, and Disciplinary Courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Additionally, she assists our clients in resolving complex legal matters in the areas of employment management and retention, reorganization, recruitment, employment termination, employment of foreign workers, support of collective actions including labor disputes and strikes, mergers and acquisitions of companies and factories, and senior-level benefits.

Vered interned in our office and upon receiving her certification, she joined us as an associate.

During the course of her studies, she was a research assistant to Aviel Flint for his book “Class Actions.” Furthermore, Vered voluteered in the legal clinic of the Movement for Quality Government in which she represented citizens and non-profit organizations, working to promote social and ethical legislation.

She was chosen to take part in the “Tzameret” program, which trains young leaders on behalf of the Histadrut (Israel’s national trade union). Vered also volunteers in the non-profit organization “Bnei Darfur,” which assists asylum seekers from the Darfur region in Israel. She is a member of the Immigration and Foreign Workers Committee of the Israel Bar Association, as well as a member of the Forum on Constitutional Law and Human Rights also of the Israel Bar Association.
