Yotam Galli

Yotan works in commercial law and mergers and acquisitions.

As part of his work, Yotam advises our clients on a variety of commercial law matters, including drafting distribution agreements, complex sales agreements, investment agreements, and share purchase agreements. He also provides counsel regarding joint venture establishments, commercial regulation, consumer protection laws, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulations, and money laundering prohibitions.

He has wide-ranging experience in managing international transactions, including international production and distribution agreements, joint venture agreements between Israeli and non-Israeli companies, financing agreements, cross-border banking issues, and money laundering prohibitions.

Selected Deals under Yotam’s Supervision:
Assisting the Partner Communications Company during its attempts to acquire Bank Leumi’s holdings in Leumi Card, undertaken in the framework of the Strum reform. The holdings were eventually sold to the equity firm Warburg Pincus 2.7 billion NIS.
Assisting Leonardo-Finchimica with the transfer of millions of shekels to Israel, while addressing issues related to bank compliance and the prohibition of money laundering.
Representing a leading Israeli distribution company in its signing of a long-term agreement worth tens of millions of shekels with GlaxoSmithKline.
Drafting a shelf prospectus for Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd.

During his studies, Yotam served as a research assistant to Dr. Daphna Kapeliuk in the field of private international law and international arbitration law. He was also a member of the Debate Club.
