Aviv Zaidenberg

Aviv is part of our commercial department at Yossi Levy & Co.

Aviv began his professional career as an intern in the firm’s commercial department, and after passing the bar exams, he returned to the department as an attorney.

In his practice, Aviv specializes in various areas of commercial law, including ongoing legal counsel for companies, company formations, drafting legal opinions, advising on contract law, consumer protection law, drafting a wide range of commercial agreements including service agreements, sale and distribution agreements, drafting company reports and resolutions, and preparing bylaws, promotions, advertisements, and lotteries.

During his studies, Aviv participated in a practical experience project in the legal department of a leading company and in the “Global” excellence program for international commercial law, in which he took part in a semester focused on commercial law and European competition law at universities in London and Oxford.
