Nofar Zecharia

Nofar is part of the Planning and Zoning Department at Yossi Levy & Co.

As part of her work, she assists the firm’s clients in the field of planning and construction regarding compensation claims under Section 197 of Israel’s Planning and Zoning Law and claims for expropriation compensation. Nofar also deals with drafting agreements and legal opinions in this field.

She has wide-ranging experience in dealing with various complex real estate transactions, including sale and lease, yielding real estate, eviction and commercial transaction pursuant to Israel’s National Outline Plan 38.

Nofar is an authorized mediator for the Neve Tzedek Mediation Center.
