Yaron Drukarch

Yaron is involved in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions.

His specializations include commercial, corporate, and contract law. Yaron provides counsel to our clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including purchase and service agreements in a variety of fields, retail distribution contracts, tenders, subcontracting, and concession and franchise agreements.

He also advises clients on numerous issues related to commercial law, including consumer protection, complex commercial matters, and regulatory compliance. In this framework, Yaron handles drafting opinion letters in the field of commercial regulation applicable to our clients’ activities, including in connection with compliance of the provisions and regulations of the Consumer Protection Law, conducting operations and bids, and assisting with primary and secondary legislation efforts.

Before joining us, Yaron worked in commercial and corporate law at one of the largest Israeli law firms.
