Danielle Ezekiel Guajardo

Danielle Ezekiel Guajardo is a part of the projects and infrastructure department at Yossi Levy & Co.

Danielle began her career with our firm as an intern in the commercial, infrastructure and projects department and after she qualified, she returned to the office as an attorney.

As part of her work Danielle assists the firm’s clients with their large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.

Danielle specializes in formulating and drafting construction agreements (EPC), operation, maintenance agreements (O&M) and advises clients throughout all phases of a project, from its development to its execution and operation and providing an ongoing support to project management.

In addition, Danielle deals in various areas of commercial law, including consulting for companies, service agreements, consulting in contract law and a variety of commercial agreements.
