Aviran Aviv

Aviran is a partner in our Litigation Department and has extensive experience in complex litigation cases in various fields of law, including corporate law, shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, real-estate litigation, administrative law, and communication.

Aviran appears regularly before all kind of tribunals, including arbitration and mediation proceedings, representing Israeli and international clients in a vast range of civil disputes, including all forms of contractual disputes, corporate, real-estate and administrative laws.

In addition, Aviran has extensive experience in bankruptcy and receivership proceedings and he acts as an officer of the court in such proceedings.

Among Aviran’s clients are Dr. Alaa Arafa and Arafa Group, a worldwide Gaz and Industry concern, Mr. Adi Zim and various companies he owns, S.R Accord, Mr. Rani Zim, Elco Electra Group, Mr. Meir Sasi and companies he owns, Mr. Zvika Sharafan and Aesthetica Group, situated in Hungary, Mr. Zvika Shamir, Mr. Ilan Brantz And companies he owns, Halperin plc, and others.

Aviran served as Co-Chairman of the Corporations Committee of the Israel Bar-Tel Aviv District as well as the Co-Chairman of the Litigation Committee of the Israel Bar – Tel Aviv district.

Before joining our firm, Aviran held private practice within the framework of law offices which he had founded, and before that Aviran has been working as an associate and a partner at well known law firms in Israel.
