Sandra Schneider

Sandra is a Partner in the Commercial Department of our Firm.

Sandra specializes in a variety of areas of commercial and corporate law, including company law and securities law, retail, insurance-finance, blockchain (crypto), medical cannabis, accompanying and providing legal services to Israeli and international companies in a variety of fields, including M&A transactions, SPA’s, joint ventures (JV), Investment Funds, Partnerships, Agency agreements and laws, as well as other complex transactions in Israel and abroad while representing and accompanying leading/governmental entities both in the Israeli economy and in Europe and the USA.

Sandra provides on-going legal advice on client’s day-to-day commercial activities, cross board in a wide range of legal issues, complex real estate transactions.

Over the years Sandra gained professional experience accompanying leading local and international companies for international tenders (Metro-Israel). Until today Sandra has handled and accompanied transactions in hundreds of billions of Shekels.

She also gained legal experience in litigation proceedings – insolvency – and has the chance to take part in creating precedents in cross boarder liquidation proceedings.
