Yaniv Berkovich

Adv. Yaniv Berkovich is a member of the litigation department at Yossi Levy & Co.

Yaniv began his career with our firm as an intern in the litigation department, and after passing the bar exams, he returned to the department as an attorney.

Yaniv deals with complex administrative and commercial litigation, administrative law, tenders and class action lawsuits. As part of his work, Yaniv advises the firm’s clients and represents them in various legal proceedings, including arbitration and mediation, administrative petitions, tender laws, commercial law, class actions and consumer protection laws.

During his legal studies, Yaniv was a member of the Legal Clinic – ‘Practical Judicial Experience for Outstanding Students,’ where he spent a year assisting a judge at the Kfar Saba Magistrate’s Court. He also participated in the ‘Ofek Excellence Program’ – a project focused on modern entrepreneurship and innovation.
