Asaf is a partner in our Litigation Department.

Asaf specializes in providing legal services in a wide range of disputes involving various issues in commercial, corporate, administrative, and antitrust litigation. He has acquired extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings before various international arbitration institutions, particularly the International Chamber of Commerce.

Asaf represents a wide range of clients in various sectors such as industry, construction, infrastructure, Internet, online trading, securities, high-tech, and more.

During his time with us, he has represented clients before all courts, particularly before the District Courts and the Supreme Court, including complex legal proceedings that concurrently included administrative proceedings in Israel and proceedings in foreign countries.

He has advised large public and private bodies throughout the world such as General Electric, Alstom, LG, the Two Sigma Fund, the Electra Group, the Shikun & Binui Group, the Bezeq Group, the DSNR Group, the Israel Airports Authority, Netivei Israel, Ayalon Highways, and more.

Significant Cases Represented by Asaf:
Representing Alstom and General Electric in a claim of 4 billion NIS filed by the Israel Electric Corporation, and a class action suit worth 2.5 billion NIS, both with respect to claims regarding the membership of the companies in the global gas insulated switchgear alleged cartel;
Representation of Alstom and General Electric in front of Israel’s Antitrust Tribunal;
Representing Two Sigma in the arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce with EDF EN regarding a dispute between shareholders;
Providing representation for the partnership between Electra Solel Boneh and Pumped Storage Gilboa in the arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce with the Korean Kyungdong Corporation regarding the pumped storage power plant in Gilboa;
Representing international electronics manufacturers in a class action suit regarding claims of involvement in cartels.

Before joining our firm, Asaf interned at the Israeli Supreme Court under the Honorable Justice (retired) Prof. Yoram Danziger.
After this internship, Asaf handled mergers and acquisitions and represented companies listed in the dual listing for trading of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Asaf represented international investment banks in issuing and securitization proceedings.
He is also a member of the volunteer association of Stanford University alumni, and in this framework, he contributes to the process of screening candidates for the various academic programs within the university.
